沖縄にとって節目となる年に、沖縄とアメリカ文化が入り混じった『琉米』をテーマとしたシリーズをローンチしました。
ファッションを通して、現代に沖縄の歴史を伝えていきます。

米軍の払い下げ倉庫から素材を厳選して再構築されたキャップは、デザインや細部に使用するパーツもこだわってつくられています。

生地には、米軍で実際に使われていたキルティングライナーを使用しています。
払下げ品のため、年代が異なり、状態や色味などそれぞれ表情が違う生地を、バランスをみながら、解体していきます。
バックサイドのアジャスターでサイズ調整、また折りたたんでコンパクトにする事も可能です。

ワッペンは、貴重なアメリカ製のもので、それぞれのベースカラーに合わせて配置。
どれひとつとして同じデザインのものはなく、選ぶ楽しさもあります。

In a landmark year for Okinawa, we launched a new series inspired by “Ryubei,” a unique fusion of Okinawan and American cultures.

Through fashion, we aim to share Okinawa’s history with the world today.

Each cap is carefully reconstructed from materials hand-selected from U.S. military surplus warehouses, with close attention paid to every design detail and component.

The fabric is made from quilted liners originally used by the U.S. military. As these are surplus materials from different eras, each piece varies in condition, color, and character. We carefully select and deconstruct the fabrics, balancing their unique characteristics to create each cap.

The adjustable strap at the back allows for a customized fit, and the cap can also be folded down for compact storage.

The patches are rare, made-in-America pieces, individually selected and placed to complement the base color of each cap. No two caps feature the same patch design, making each one unique and offering the pleasure of finding your own favorite.

As each item is remade from surplus materials, colors and patterns will vary.

As we use authentic military surplus materials, minor scratches, stains, skipped stitches, and other imperfections may be present. These are inherent characteristics of the materials and the remaking process and should not be considered defects.
